[glow=red,2,300]Gillum's Point of View[/glow]
This past month in the HWA has been a bumpy one. We have seen alot of members come and go, but I am grateful for this, because I learned who is truly loyal to the HWA. I would now like to hand out some awards to those who showed they are down for the ride...and those who aren't.
Best RPer- Demion Pride
Best Match - Battle Royal for the Legion Championship
Surprising Moment - Mosley screwing Marcus Jones out of World Title run, in turn helping Demion Pride.
Most activity - Eli Simpson
Hottest New Talent - Eli Simpson
Biggest Failure - Axel Way
Best back and forth roleplaying - Marcus Jones & Demion Pride
Most original roleplay - Carver
Most dissapointing match - Cannonball-Kid v. Maniac Mike (Legion Chmp.)

[glow=red,2,300]Xtreme 10[/glow]
1. Demion Pride - He earns this spot after capturing the World Championship, alongside former enemy and HWA Co-Owner Steve Mosley.
2. Marcus Jones - This man really proved that he has what it takes to make it to the top regardless of who may be in his way. Also, being one of the Tag Team Champions won't hurt.
3. Carver - Looks very promising as Extreme Champion, as he has time and time again taken out the tough competition.
4. Eli Simpson - This man really has what it takes to fly in the HWA, no doubt about it.
5. Phat Dawg - Over the past month, he has shown the ruthless side of him that not many of us have ever seen. After retiring Crowley, people have learned to not take him so lightly.
6. Brian Jones - After defeating the former Legion Champion, Maniac Mike, Brian Jones takes his spot on here as the new champ.
7. Maniac Mike - With a dissapointing loss to Brian Jones, one can only hope that Mike can get back on the bandwagon before it pulls away.
8. Rex Ryker - One half of the tag team champions. Rex also impressed many with a win over Adam the Monster at Buckets of Blood.
9. Cannonball-Kid - This guy continues to lose it week in and week out. What looked to be a top competitor, has now fallen into a rut of losses.
10. Scott Starr & Johnny Donovan - The Main Event Superstars look to heat it up as they challenge the HWA Tag Team Champions with a run for their money.

[glow=red,2,300]Interview - Eli Simpson[/glow]
Jonathon Jacobs - We are here with what may be one of HWA's hottest talents...Eli Simpson. Welcome, Eli.
Thank you very much.
Jonathon Jacobs - Eli, what made you decide to join the HWA?
The Opportunity to wrestle, really. See, I have been training for years now. Perfecting everything I do in the ring. From the moves I deliver, the submissions I lock in to even the way I stand in the ring. A stance alone can be decisive when delivering a move.
Jonathon Jacobs - I also have understood that Shane Gillum has given you a number one contenders match for the World Heavyweight Champion. Can you win? What if you lose?
Yeah Shane came to me with the chance to go for the big championship. I must admit I was really surprised. Surprised that after only one match he was willing to give me the chance to go for the main championship. It‘s understandable. My in ring skills can‘t be touched by anyone including the HWA World Champion. It‘s no secret I am confident in my abilities so yeah, I believe I can win. However, if I am to lose and things go wrong then I will get back to what I do best and that‘s wrestle.
Jonathon Jacobs - A few more questions for you Eli...ever since your fellow Mega Powers members have up and left, where does that leave you? Do you think that you can still succeed even without them?
Yeah of course. I wasn‘t really in the faction. I was of an alliance. I was just securing my back in HWA. They wanted to leave for “better things“, then all the best to them. That doesn‘t change what I am all about and what I can achieve in HWA. I still have contacts in the wrestling world so if push did come to shove, I‘d have someone watching my back.
Jonathon Jacobs - Anything else you would like to say? Perhaps, to the reigning World Champion Demion Pride?
As “arrogant“ as Johnny Donovan may think I am, I don‘t want to get ahead of myself. However for the benefit of this article. I‘ll say a few things. Demion Pride, I have been watching you from afar. Like a Black Mamba in a desert watching it‘s prey, waiting for the perfect opportunity to strike … well Demion, I am edging closer and closer to you … my prey. So my advice is, have fun with your championship. Go for enjoyable days out because after we meet up, that belt will be mine.
Jonathon Jacobs - Alright Eli, thank you for joining us.
My pleasure.
Jonathon Jacobs - Make sure all you fans out there pick up a fresh copy of HWA's Monthly Magazine...see ya on Showdown!
